    STEP 2: PRICING + ETA

    • Initial quote sent to you within 48 hours.

    • Approximate timeline provided.

    STEP 3: BLUEPRINT

    • Specifications sent to our architects upon confirmation.

    • Comprehensive architectural plans and realistic renderings created.

    • Designs presented for review and refinement.

    STEP 4: FINALIZE

    • Final site assessment involving a detailed check measure.

    • Final invoice and agreement issued outlying scope of work.

    • Approximate installation date finalized.

    • 50% deposit required before works commence.

    STEP 5: MANUFACTURE + INSTALL

    • Ordering and manufacturing commences.

    • Cabinetry installation is scheduled in liaison with sub-contractors and on-site tradespeople. (Including existing removal).

    • Once the cabinetry is fitted, benchtop templating will begin upon a 35% deposit of the remaining balance.

    • Benchtop is manufactured and installed, appliances are fitted in coordination with plumbers and electricians.

    • Final inspection by our director.

      (Commercial shopfitting manufacture and install schedules may differ from above.)

  • Economy Range: $6,500 - $10,000+

    Standard to large sized kitchen fit-outs, including installation. Minimal complexity. Granite options included within this range!

    Premium Range: $21,000 - $60,000+

    Architecturally designed fit-outs using premium materials and hardware. Installation costs will be tailored to specifications.

    The cost of your project is entirely tailored to your specific needs, complexity and materials. To provide you with an accurate estimate, we'll need to discuss your individual requirements and budget.

    Refacing and Standalone Works:

    Starting between $2000 - $5500+ for a standard kitchen, but can vary drastically depending on materials, hardware, size and complexity.

    Commercial retail fit-out costs are subject to evaluation.

    All prices indicated are + GST.

    Architectural drawings, renders and impressions are at 10% of total cost, only charged if project is cancelled after finalization. This releases the digital PDF copies of the plans.

  • A project can take anywhere between 2 to 8 weeks depending on the acquisition of selected product and materials. A date of completion will be mutually discussed considering the complexity of the job.

    Communications between our team and any contractor (of ours or yours) monitors the conditions and progress of the site which may affect the lead time. Commercial builds need to be discussed first before a general time frame can be provided. There may also be some seasonal variations which will be discussed ahead of time.

  • We cover all of Auckland and Hamilton. We can accommodate certain builds that are outside of our coverage area upon discussion, including the South Island.

  • For your peace of mind, all of our premium range kitchens come with a 10 year warranty!
